At ESSNT, we want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the process as simple as possible.

Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

The Process

To request a return or exchange, please submit your request through our Return & Exchange Request

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 - 3 business day.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange or refund accordingly.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and approved. Please note that couriers do not handle cash refunds.

A Few Things to Know

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Please note that, according to our courier's policy, packages cannot be opened or inspected upon delivery. If you decide that you'd like to return or exchange your order, you still have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us, and our team will take care of the rest.
